Volunteering for 21C International is not like the church mission trips that you may be familiar with.

21C does not plant churches or take on construction projects. Instead, we plant strong communities across the developing world.
We accomplish this by training pastors and church leaders who go on to train additional leaders. Together they build up their neighbors, congregations, villages, and towns.
21C does not conduct programs for children or youth. Instead, we train Godly men and women who are already leaders.
These leaders want to grow their Bible knowledge, but they live in places where traditional biblical training doesn’t serve them. It’s not affordable, understandable, or anywhere nearby. We remove all those obstacles.
21C does not simply tell Bible stories. Instead, we deliver a holistic biblical foundation. We do this by teaching scriptural truths, Christian living principles, and biblical leadership.
Our students build on this foundation throughout their lives. They use it to deepen their faith, grow their churches, and disciple new Christians.
Ways You Can Serve
21C is always looking for volunteers who believe in our mission and feel called to support it.

Bible Trainer
Teach biblical truths to church leaders across various countries, continents, and cultures.
Writer
Develop grant proposals, transform information into engaging stories, and contribute to collateral.
Translator
Convert biblical curriculum written in English into other languages.
Event Planner
Organize logistics and resources for trips and training seminars across the country or the world.
Administrative Assistant
Remotely support non-profit operations, activities, and partnerships.
Photographer or Videographer
Capture beautiful, compelling images of our work, the people we help, and the places we visit.
Donor
Prayer Warrior
Vision Trips
