Use her gifts of teaching and training to equip women and leaders around the world with God’s Word.
Kimberly Barkow brings a passion for teaching, discipleship, and leadership development to her role with 21C International. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Leadership and Pastoral Care, and she has spent years developing her skills through both ministry and professional settings. Her background includes leading Bible studies, serving in church leadership roles, and building her training expertise in the corporate world—all of which God has woven together to prepare her for global ministry.
For Kimberly, serving in ministry is an expression of being “all in” for God. She describes her faith journey as moving from simply knowing about Jesus as Savior to fully surrendering to Him as Lord. This transformation fuels her desire to help others grow deeper in discipleship and to see churches around the world strengthened by trained leaders.
She and her husband, Carl, are grateful to serve together with 21C International, and they have three adult children, Charlie, Ashley, and Blake, and a pomsky named Kiara. Outside of ministry, Kimberly enjoys lake life—swimming, paddle boarding, boating, or simply relaxing by the water—as well as reading theology books, hiking, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
