97% of pastors around the world have no formal, Biblical training. We’re on a mission to train healthy pastors, so they can build thriving churches that impact communities. But we can’t do it alone.
In the West, we expect our pastors and church leaders to have formal training. But in the Majority World, men and women boldly step into the leadership roles that God invites them into, typically without the formal training necessary to shepherd His people well. At 21C International, we believe that the Lord has called us to reimagine how pastoral training works by bringing a model for exponential growth to the Majority World. At no cost to pastors, we train them to read, understand, and teach scripture – and then equip them to train other pastors what they have learned. Our prayer is that, through this model, we would see a day when every pastor in the world is equipped to shepherd their flock well.
